Member, telemetry and event data
Effective September 15, 2026
Information we collect
We may collect account details, callsigns, team and event participation, device registration, and activity needed to operate member features. When a player starts tracking, the service may receive GPS position, accuracy, heading, speed, battery level, device reference, and player status.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate members, provide live event telemetry, display field and mission status, create event timelines and reports, improve service reliability, moderate activity, and protect the platform. Player phones send telemetry and status only; DrillSim Live does not capture phone video.
Location and event data
Location tracking runs only through the player interface when tracking is started. Event operators may see live and historical telemetry needed to run an event. Public views are designed to avoid exposing sensitive device or account details.
AI and automated analysis
AI tools receive structured event information to summarize activity and offer recommendations. AI output is advisory. It does not independently control safety, determine insurance coverage or liability, delete historical records, or execute privileged actions without authorization.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with authorized event staff and service providers only as needed to deliver and secure the service. Event records may be retained for live operations, replay, reporting, safety review, and audit purposes. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
Players can pause or stop tracking from the player interface. You may contact us to ask about your account data, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate event, security, legal, or audit requirements.
